VENDOR AGREEMENT

By signing below, I confirm that I have read and agreed to abide by the House Rules outlined below. I understand that I am responsible for setting up a well-presented space, bringing my own garbage bags, cleaning up my area after the event, and arriving early for set-up. I acknowledge that profanity, unplesant or violent behaviour is prohibited as this is a family-friendly event.

HOUSE RULES FOR RASTAFARI RENAISSANCE FRIDAYS

Respect the Space: Vendors must set up a visually appealing space and ensure their area is clean before leaving.
Set-Up & Tear-Down: Vendors must arrive early to set up by 9 a.m. and stay until the event concludes at 10:00 PM.
Clean-Up Responsibility: Vendors must bring garbage bags and dispose of their own trash. We recycle and do our part to preserve this beautiful planet.
Family-Friendly Atmosphere: No profanity, loud explicit music, or disruptive behavior.
Payment Policy: Vendor fee of $8,000 JMD must be paid before setup at the event unless a special arrangement is requested in advance.
Respect for Patrons & Other Vendors: Be courteous and cooperative with fellow vendors and attendees. Get to know and resepct our good neighbors!
House of Seba Guidelines: Vendors must comply with any additional guidelines set forth by House of Seba and event organizers.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the event without a refund.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

I, the registered party, participate as a vendor at Rastafari Renaissance Fridays at House of Seba. I understand that I am solely responsible for my own equipment, merchandise, and personal belongings. I acknowledge that the event organizers, House of Seba, and any affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

I agree to hold harmless and release House of Seba, its owners, event organizers, and staff from any and all claims, liabilities, and damages arising from my participation in the event.
